It is never easy to write about your energy when it’s low, weird, or a combination of both. It’s almost always more pleasant to hear about the uplifting moments. However, the benefit of releasing anything onto a medium such as this is that it allows a moment of relief, if nothing else. And so I am letting go of a vibration not suited for me at this very moment.

The streams that carve the earth.
The daily commute to work.

The energy distributed among us.
