This I tell myself.... “Meditate,  eat well, stay healthy, train, pray, love your wife, and be thankful.” I am notorious for always moving forward and looking for the next thing, but I’ve realized that everything I need to reach my goals is right in front me. Now all I MUST do is stay consistent.
